The Seller (Supplier) of the product is OD Baklava Sarajevo, and the Buyer is a visitor of the portal www.baklava.ba and the Web Store who selects at least one product, fills in the electronic order form and makes the payment via one of the offered payment methods.

ORDER PROCEDURE:

The buyer orders the products via an electronic order form that is filled in correctly (all required fields) and is automatically sent to the seller. Products are ordered in electronic form, by selecting a specific product and storing it in a basket.

After you have selected the desired products, reviewed the status of your basket on the Cart page and you are satisfied with it, we take you to the payment page, where you enter delivery and billing information and choose one of the payment methods for ordered products.

The product is considered ordered when the customer chooses the method of payment, accepts the terms of purchase, and in the case of payment through the online service Monri successfully completes the transaction on the website of the service, and the money is paid into the account OD Baklava Sarajevo.

After receiving the order, you will receive feedback on the email address about the status of your order. Depending on the choice of payment method, you will receive an order confirmation email, and for credit card payments you will be redirected to the Monri online payment service website.

DELIVERY
Order delivery in BiH (outside Sarajevo)
Delivery of orders outside Sarajevo, for all other cities in BiH is done through the X Express service.
The delivery price is fixed for all packages up to 5 kg for all cities in BiH and is 6 KM per delivery. Delivery is charged together with the price of the order through the online billing service Monri payment on the page baklava.ba or after taking over the order directly to the delivery person.
Delivery time is defined by the time of successfully placed and paid orders on the page. If the order is made during Monday – Friday between 08 – 14h, the order will be delivered during the next working day (including Saturday). For orders made after 4 pm, delivery is two days after the order, ie the day after tomorrow in relation to the day of the order (if the order was made on Saturday, then delivery is on Tuesday). The exact delivery time cannot be precisely defined. The X Express delivery person will contact you before delivery to the contact phone number listed in the order form on the baklava.ba page.

Upon receipt of the payment receipt, the seller undertakes to deliver the ordered shipment within the delivery date specified in the payment form. The exact delivery time is agreed with the customer, regardless of the entry of information about the delivery time, by telephone check before delivery of the order. The seller undertakes to deliver the order to the buyer within 1 day from the date of receipt of the confirmation approving the online transaction, if paid by credit card.

The products will be packed in the appropriate packaging of the Baklava store, but they require attention during handling, because these are products with liquid content. When taking over the order, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately advertise it, ie refuse to pick up the shipment on which external damage is visible.

If the buyer does not receive the ordered product, or delivery notice, within the expected time (maximum 7 days), he has the right to notify the seller in order to take action to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.

PAYMENT:
Monri payment

We want customers on our site to feel satisfied and safe in online shopping. Shopping online in Monri with the Unicredit Bank service is absolutely safe and protected by the strictest security standards of card organizations Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. When paying by card via the Internet, the card data is entered on the protected page of the Monri service. At no time is payment card information available to our system.

Payment upon delivery

The cash on delivery option allows you to pay for the order upon delivery to the specified address. The option is only available for delivery of orders in Sarajevo and the surrounding area, for other cities it is only possible to pay with Monri service.

All prices are expressed in convertible marks (KM) including tax.

COMPLAINTS

The online purchase order contains the delivery of the selected product to your physical address after the recorded and / or authorized payment (depending on the method of payment).

The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is correct and corresponds to the description given on the website www.baklava.ba. The image illustrating the product does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product and the customer cannot advertise this segment.

In case of technical defects or defects of the product, the buyer is obliged to advertise the same within 2 days from the date of collection. After complaining about a technical defect, the buyer is obliged to return the defective product, after which the seller, if the validity of the complaint is determined, will send the correct product to the buyer within 5 working days or refund the money paid for the purchase of the product.

RETURN OF GOODS

The buyer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:

delivery of products which were not ordered
delivery of products that have a defect or damage that did not occur during transport.

The Seller will approve the return of the goods to the Buyer after receiving a justified complaint by phone or in writing within 2 days from the date of collection, with instructions for the return of the goods.

In case of impossibility to deliver other goods, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the value of the goods that he is no longer able to deliver.
